Contact Amwal
We welcome notes that improve the accuracy of the Amwal guide, especially corrections about a card fee, cashback rate, reward cap, or eligibility rule. The most useful report names the bank and card, identifies the field to correct, and includes a direct link to the bank page or terms document that supports the claim.
What to send
When reporting an issue, include the page URL, the date you checked it, and the relevant official text. Do not send a card number, verification code, password, statement, or national ID. Amwal will not ask for these details to correct public content, and will never ask you to transfer money or share banking credentials.
There is currently no publicly verified Amwal email or phone channel. A contact method will appear here and in the structured organisation data once it is approved and connected to the domain. Until then, direct card applications, banking complaints, and account questions to the relevant bank through its official channels.
Support limits
Amwal cannot change a credit decision, waive a fee, open an account, or follow up on a bank application. We can only correct published content after checking the source. If the issue involves a transaction or suspected fraud, contact your bank and the relevant official authorities at once.
